I remember a few years ago when i made a few phone calls and never got through but I got charged for the calls anyway.
I emailed skype support a couple of times and NEVER got ANY reply, no refunds no nothing, it sucks how you have no comeback and a company that provides no way of getting a real person on the phone for support when they rip you off.
Skype is like a virtual company with no employees you can contact easily and no way of getting money back through complaints, great invention just no customer service
